BRENHAM JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS GIVEN CHOICE OF ELECTIVES TO FILL OPEN CLASS TIME

  

Brenham Junior High students will now have the opportunity to add another elective to their class schedule starting in August.

Due to the school switching to an eight period class day, students will have a variety of classes to choose from to complete their schedule.

The choices for the eighth graders range from year-long electives such as athletics, Physical Education, cross country, tennis and swimming, mixed choir, Brenadiers drill team, Spanish, art 1, advanced art, theatre arts 1, audio/visual productions, band and computer illustrations and graphic designs.

Seventh grade semester-long electives include beginning art, beginning theatre arts, teen leadership and career portals.

Seventh Grade year-long electives will include athletics, physical education, tennis, swimming, cross country, Brenadiers, mixed choir and band.

The school has office hour of Monday through Wednesday 7am-5pm and Thursdays from 7am to 4:30pm.
