BRENHAM K-9 RONNY MAY RETURN TO ACTIVE DUTY
The Brenham Police Department’s canine officer could be returning to active soon.
Ronny, a Belgian Malinois, is recovering from a life-threatening infection.
Police Chief Craig Goodman they are hopeful Ronny will be able to return to active duty.
Last month, Ronny underwent emergency surgery after being diagnosed with a severe infection in his lungs and chest.
Ronny is currently going through obedience reinforcement training after being sidelined almost a month.
