BRENHAM MAIFEST ASSOCIATION HELPS BISD SMART PROGRAM

  

For the 3^rd year, the Brenham Maifest Association held its “Kids Helping Kids” program benefitting Faith Mission and the Brenham ISD Science, Math, Art, Reading, Technology (SMART) program. Participants collected more than 500 boxes of snacks and also plan to present a monetary gift to the SMART Program.

The six-week “Sensational Summer” SMART Program will run June 13^th through July 26^th with Maifest’s donations  along with the Lady Lions Club, Appel Ford/Hyundai, and BISD as the primary sponsors. This summer’s theme will focus on math – The Cost of Living: How math is used in the real world.
