BRENHAM MAIFEST RECEIVES $600 DONATION FROM ZYTHOLOGICAL SOCIETY

  

The Brenham Maifest Association has received a sizable donation from the local chapter of the Zythological Society.

The Zythological Society presented a $600 check to the Maifest Association at their third anniversary meeting on Tuesday at Home Sweet Farm in downtown Brenham.  The donation acts as a portion of the proceeds from the Society’s annual Bierverkostung Beer Tasting, held at the Maifest on May 5, 2018.

The Bierverkostung Beer Tasting was sponsored by the Saint Arnold Brewing Company of Houston, and featured six breweries showing their latest brews.  The event was held at Fireman’s Park during the 2018 Maifestival.
