BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT WITH A KNIFE
A Brenham man was arrested Thursday night after assaulting another man with a knife.
Around 8 p.m., Officer Sierra Newell responded to the 600 block of Matilda St. in reference to an assault.
Two men had gotten into a verbal altercation that turned physical. During the altercation, 35-year-old Randall Harvey, allegedly assaulted the other man with a knife.
Officers located Harvey and arrested him for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police have not released any more details about the alleged assault since the investigation is ongoing.
