BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS

  

A Brenham man has been arrested on a drug charge and a criminal trespass charge after an incident Wednesday night.

At 9:25 p.m. Officer Jose Perez responded to the 500 block of College Avenue in Brenham in reference to a noise complaint. When he arrived, he was notified that 25-year-old Patrick Wayne Pleasant Jr. was there and had an active criminal trespass for the property.

Perez found Pleasant and verified his identity and confirmed the criminal trespass. Pleasant was taken into custody, at which time synthetic marijuana was found in his sock.

Pleasant was arrested for criminal trespass and possession of synthetic cannabinoids.
