  2. Dear Floyd, if you are reading this or someone shows you or hear from a human on the streets. Please get some help because I know personally that this guy is harmless to anyone and would do anything for his fellow man in a heartbeat! I spoke with Floyd right after his last arrest for sleeping in the restrooms downtown and I said now don’t do that again and try to quit drinking if all possible but alcohol is a very bad habit that some it’s just how they cope with life. I do hope a church or organization steps in and maybe offer a job or some much needed counseling so he just might have a chance at life because everyone is human. I wish you the best of luck Floyd! God bless you.

  3. Mayberry has Otis. Brenham has Floyd.
Hopefully, he can get some help before he gets hurt are someone else does trying to avoid him when driving.

  4. He’s harmless. He’s only a danger to himself. It’s sad to say, but some people just don’t want help. Hopefully, one day Floyd will find a way through his struggles. I wish him all the luck. He’s had one hard life.

  5. Oh this is so sad. I know Floyd from when he lived in Somerville. I was helping my friend/boss at the time run a gas station and Floyd came in regularly. I believe he’s harmless and has had a rough time in his life. He’s a lost soul that needs some TLC. I hope he can get some help, perhaps Faith Mission will reach out. They show a lot of love and care to fellow Brenhamites. God be with you Floyd. ?

    1. I totally agree with you he is harmless
Going thru rough times doesn’t give the right noisy people call in to the police dept
Brenham police Dept got bigger fish to deal with in brenham. Hell I know a for fact a lot local place in town people seat and drink for hours …that drink and drive those are the ones that put people in harm way
