BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON ASSAULT WARRANT

A Brenham man is in custody after his arrest on an assault warrant.
31-year old Justin James Rogers of Brenham was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 5:00 p.m., Officer Jose Perez responded to the 600 block of South Market in reference to a warrant service.
Cpl. Jared Campbell had located a Rogers, who was wanted for assault.
Rogers is in custody, charged with Assault/family violence/impeding breath – a Third degree felony, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury
