BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES
A Brenham man has been arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop by the Washington County Sheriff’s office.
According to Sheriff Otto Hanak, Tuesday at around 10:00 PM, Deputy Andrea Norton pulled over a vehicle driven by 61-year old Allen Thomas Fabisack of Brenham, for a traffic violation.
Norton received consent to search the vehicle which led to the discovery of a baggie containing 22 grams of methamphetamine, a baggie of marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia consisting of syringes and pipes.
Fabisack was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana.
Fabisak was released after posting a total of $35,800 bond.
Brenham Police assisted in Fabisak’s arrest.
