BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG & GUN CHARGES

A Brenham man faces multiple charges after his arrest at a local park Tuesday morning.

Just before 8:00 a.m., Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer responded to Jackson St. Park to a report of a suspicious person who was hanging around the restroom area.

According to Dudenfoeffer, 32-year old Tristan Joseph Dicesare of Brenham, appeared to be unsteady and his speech was slurred. He told Dudenhoeffer he had just woken up.

Dicesare had a bag containing multiple pills and then admitted to having a weapon.

The pills were determined to be Hydrocodone and Xanax.  Dudenhoeffer also discovered a loaded handgun.

Dicesare also had an active warrant for his arrest out of Washington County for driving while license invalid.

Dicesare is charged with two counts of Possession of dangerous drugs; Unlawfully carrying a weapon; and Driving while license invalid.
