  1. Texas law says there are some drugs you can “possess with intent to deliver” and it’s as good as actually selling the stuff. Not weed, you have to actually sell it to someone. You either possess it or you deliver it.

  2. Nice I’m assuming it’s up to the cops discretion to charge. Being polite and respectful does pay off

  3. The law in Texas says you can possess most drugs “with intent to deliver” and it counts as delivery. Not weed. You have to actually sell it someone to get charged with delivery, otherwise, you just possess it.

Now you know, and knowing is half the battle…

  4. I think KWHI needs to be more consistent with putting up mug shots either do it for all, or don’t do it at all. It’s not fair to pick and choose!!

      1. To clarify our policy….KWHI does not request mug shots in marijuana possession cases that are misdemeanors. We also do not request mug shots of first time DWI offenders.

  5. AKA a Felony! Where’s the distribution charge for the “Several smaller bags”??

    1. Let’s trust the police know how to do there jobs and not pretend to be lawyers 😉

  6. So wait a minute…if this guy was charged with having over 4 ounces of marijuana in different bags, shouldn’t that be delivery of marijuana or distribution of it? Why is it only possession? How does that make any sense BPD?
