BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
A Brenham man faces charges after his arrest Monday night following a domestic disturbance.
35-year old Peter Darrigo of Brenham was arrested after police were called out just before 8:30 p.m. to the 1700 block of Dixon Street to an alleged assault.
The caller told Sgt. Jason Derrick that she and her boyfriend, Darrigo, got into a verbal argument which escalated in a physical altercation.
She also said Darrigo had made threatening phone calls to her friends.
Darrigo was located a short time later and charged with Assault Family Violence--Impeding Breath and Making a Terroristic Threat.
