BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH STALKING WIFE

A Brenham man has been charged with stalking his estranged wife.
Saturday afternoon, Officer Jonathan Phipps responded to a stalking call.
The caller said her husband, 32-year old Manuel Valencia Lopez of Brenham, was following her through town, attempting to get her to stop.
Phipps located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of US 290 West.
During the course of the stop, Phipps received information that there were other recent incidents involving Lopez.
Lopez is charged with Stalking
