BRENHAM MAN FACES D.W.I. AFTER CRASH
A Brenham man is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, following an accident Saturday night.
Just before 10:30, Cpl. Steven Eilert and Officer Mickey Gressman responded to a crash at the intersection of Burleson and Martin Luther King streets.
According to authorities, the driver of one of the vehicles, 28-year old Jose Alfredo Soto of Brenham, had the strong smell of alcohol and was unable to perform a field sobriety test.
Soto is charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
