BRENHAM MAN FACES DWI/MARIJUANA CHARGES
A Brenham man faced DWI and marijuana possession charges after his arrest Saturday.
Saturday, night AT 6:00, Cpl. Seth Klehm was called to the 2000 block of Highway 290 West to an accident.
Klehm says the driver of one of the vehicles, 58-year old Stephen George Miller of Brenham appeared unsteady and Klehm could smell alcohol on his breath.
Miller reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Klehm says he also found a bag which contained marijuana.
Miller is charged with DWI, 2nd Offense and possession of marijuana under 2 oz, in a drug free zone
