BRENHAM MAN SENTENCED FOR ONLINE SOLICITATION

A Brenham man has been sentenced to four years in prison for Online Solicitation of a Minor.

28-year old Curtis Obryant Taylor was sentenced in the latest session of 21st District Court.

Taylor was arrested by Brenham Police back in January of this year following an investigation.

Also sentenced in 21st District Court:

39-year Chester Coleman III of Granbury was sentenced to three years in prison Continuous Violence Against the Family.

55-year old David Wayne Winslow of Brenham was placed on six years’ probation and fined $1500 for Intoxication Assault with Serious Bodily Injury for a May 2014 accident.  Winslow must also perform 250 hours of Community Service.

18-year old Shelby Lampe of Brenham, placed on five years’ probation and fined $1500 for Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.  Lampe must also perform 240 hours of Community Service.

22-year old Searcy Wayne Booker of Alleyton, was placed on four years’ probation and fined $1500 for Intentional Bodily Injury to a Disabled Individual at a State Facility.   Booker must also perform 200 hours of Community Service and have no contact with the victim and no contact with the Brenham State Supported Living Center.

24-year old Anthony Adcock of Brenham, was placed on three years’ probation and fined $500 for Assault of a Family Member.  He was also ordered to perform 75 hours of Community Service.

And, 18-year old Victoria Lynnette Folsom of Brenham, was placed on three years’ probation and fined $1000 for Criminal Mischief Between $1500 and $20,000.  Folsom was also ordered to perform 120 hours of Community Service and have no contact with the victim or co-defendents in the case.
