BRENHAM MAN SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS ON CHILD PORN CHARGES

A Brenham man has been sentenced to ten years in prison on Child Pornography charges.
52-year old Christopher Reyes of Brenham has received two 10-year sentences in 21st District Court after pleading guilty to two charges of Possession of Child Pornography.
Reyes was arrested back in May of last year following a 10-month long investigation by Brenham Police. Reyes was originally arrested in July of 2014 on a charge of Displaying Harmful Materiel to a Minor.
Also in 21st District Court this week:
49-year old Aldonia Marie Johnson of Brenham had her probation revoked and was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a 2014 conviction for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
53-year old Alfred Richardson of Ft. Worth was sentenced to 10 years in prison for felony Forgery.
38-year old Amy Daniels of Burton had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to five years in prison for Organized Retail Theft. Daniels was also fined $2,000.
24-year old Nicholas Eugene Randle of Brenham was sentenced to five years in prison for Aggravated Robbery.
22-year old Tyrin Dewayne Hunter of Brenham was sentenced to four years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
24-year old Albert Royster of Brenham was sentenced to three years in prison on two counts of Indecency With a Child—Sexual Contact. Royster was also ordered to have no contact with any minor children. Royster also had his probation revoked for 2014 Theft conviction.
49-year old Brian Taylor of Mindon, Louisiana was sentenced to two years in prison for Injury to a Child/Reckless Bodily Injury.
32-year old Yassir Ramos-Diaz of Austin was placed on six years’ probation and fined $1500 for Fraudulent use of Identifying Information.
29-year old Ashley Nicole Moerbe of Brenham was placed on four years’ probation and fined $1500 for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
28-year old Anthony D. Rodriguez of The Woodlands was placed on four years’ probation and fined $4000 for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
56-year old Carolyn Elaine Foster of Navasota was placed on three years’ probation and ordered to make restitution of $2894 for Theft.
17-year old Daniel Hurtado of Brenham was placed on three years’ probation and fined $750 for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Hurtado was also placed on three years’ probation for Endangering a Child.
And, 28-year old Crystal Elayne Rios of Brenham was placed on three years’ probation and was fined $1000 for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
