BRENHAM P.D. INVESTIGATES STRING OF BURGLARIES
The Brenham Police Department is investigating a rash of auto burglaries at local motels.
Friday morning around 5:00, Officers were dispatched to the Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and La Quinta in reference to numerous burglary of motor vehicles.
The suspects reportedly smashed windows out of numerous vehicles, then fled the scene after setting off a car alarm.
A number of items were stolen.
The investigation continues.
