BRENHAM P.D. MAKE POSSESSION ARRESTS

  

Brenham Police have arrested two people on possession charges after separate traffic stops Thursday.

Around 11:30 a.m., Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of South Jackson.

Dudenhoeffer says that as he approached the vehicle, the driver got out and tried to flee into a residence.

40-year old Joshua Abraham Isaac of Brenham, reportedly tripped and fell, dropping a baggie of marijuana.

Isaac is charged with Possession of marijuana.

Then, just after 1:00 p.m., Dudenhoeffer conducted another traffic stop at the intersection of West First and Green streets.

During a search of the vehicle, Dudenhoeffer located methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

51-year old Hunter William Craigen of Somerville is charged with Possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram.
