BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD APPROVE 1.1 ACRE TRACT

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Board has approved the forming of a 1.1 acre tract of land for plot 1 in the Main Street Plaza.

The council approved the re-plat of land from the L.D. Brown subdivision, the Beckers Subdivision, the Davidson Addition and an unimproved portion of Live Oak Street to form the tract of land. This plat is located across from the fire station at the corner of Chappell Hill and Main Streets.

Council then approved a preliminary plat as well as a final plat for The Crosswinds Subdivision, consisting of approximately 42.9 acres located on Fritz Road.
