BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER SEVERAL REPLATS
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission is holding a public hearing this evening (Monday).
A public hearing will be held in concern of a replat of lots 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, the south half of lot 10, and a portion of the alley in the block 9 of the Washington Terrace addition ad lots 3A, 7A, and 11A of lots 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 block 9 also of the Washington Terrace addition.
A public hearing will also be had concerning a replat of lot 2B at 1506 South Jackson Street.
Action is expected to be taken on both of these replat requests.
The Commission also discuss a variance request by H. A. and Judy Smith for the property located at 940 Farmers road as well as hear an administrative report.
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 5:15pm this evening (Monday) on the second floor of City Hall.
