BRENHAM POLICE MAKE MARIJUANA ARRESTS

  

Two people face charges after their arrests on separate charges of Possession of Marijuana.

Tuesday, just before noon, 28-year old Christopher Ryan Thompson of Austin was pulled over on a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Highway 290 East.

During a probable cause search, Officer Kejan Mehlhorn found marijuana in the vehicle.

Thompson was charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Just after 2:30 this (Wednesday) morning, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1700 block of Hwy 105 for Defective Equipment.

Martinez says he could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.

A passenger, 19-year old Jaxon Baret Hill of Brenham admitted to having Marijuana, which was recovered by Ofc. Martinez.

Hill was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Washington County Jail.
