BRENHAM POLICE MAKE THEFT ARREST
A College Station man has been charged with theft in Brenham.
Sunday around noon, Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer responded to WalMart in the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a theft in progress.
Dudenhoeffer located 46-year old Kenny Brumley of College Station, who had approximately $230 stolen items in his vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that Brumley has nine previous convictions for theft.
Brumley is charged with Theft – Under $1500 with Previous Convictions. The charge is enhanced to a third degree felony.
