BRENHAM POLICE MAKE TWO ARRESTS THURSDAY

  

The Brenham Police report that they made two arrests in separate incidents Thursday.

Just before noon Thursday, Investigator Edward Ortega observed a wanted subject sitting in a vehicle on Kerr Street.  After dispatch confirmed the warrant, Gregory Allen Offing Jr, 21, of Brenham was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Thursday afternoon at 4:15, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a Traffic Stop in the 100 block of Miranda Lane. Upon contact with the driver, an odor of marijuana was detected and a probable cause search was conducted.  The subject, Christopher Meier, 29 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz., and issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
