BRENHAM REBELS FINISH SECOND IN AUSTIN

The Brenham Rebels, a local youth basketball team, recently wrapped up Summer league play with a second place finish in the I-35 Texas Showdown qualifying tournament in Austin, against some of the top teams from the Austin area.

The team is comprised of high school sophomores and juniors, all who are part of the Brenham basketball program.

The Rebels are coached by Charles Holcomb, Casey Small and Jeff Tilley.

Players include: Devin Williams, Antione Lister, Darvis Watson, Roger Hall, Halen Tilley, Matt Adam, C.J. Miles and Ja’Quentin Powell
