BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO HOLD WORKSHOP MONDAY

  

Trustees in the Brenham School District will continue their discussion on diversifying the populations on the district’s elementary campuses.

The Brenham School Board will hold a workshop session Monday at noon at the administration building.

One of the goals of the district’s Strategic Plan is to utilize a computerized selection process to decide which student attends which elementary schools.

The selections would be based on balancing out the demographics racialy and economically of each of the schools.

Also at Monday’s workshop, the board will discuss the instructional calendar for the next school year.

The board will also undergo investment training.

The Brenham School Board meets Monday at noon at the Administrative Offices at 711 Mansfield St.
