BRENHAM SPECIAL OLYMPICS SHINES AT AREA GAMES

The Brenham Special Olympics team traveled to College Station this past Saturday for the Area track meet.  Altogether, they brought home 8 GOLD, 6 SILVER, 4 BRONZE

Riley Janes:  100Meter Dash-1st Softball Throw-2nd

Andrew Kunkel:  50Meter Dash-2nd, Softball Throw-1st
MaKenzie Palacios:  100Meter Dash-1st, Softball Throw-3rd

BHS:
Christian Grawunder:  200 Meter Dash-2nd, Mini-Javelin-3rd
MaKenna Herrera:  100 Meter Dash-2nd, Mini-Javelin-1st
McKenzie LaSagna:  10 Meter Wheelchair race-1st, Tennis ball throw-2nd
Marcus McCoor:  200 Meter Dash-1st, Mini-Javelin-1st
Cole Wright:  100 Meter Dash-3rd, Mini-Javelin-1st

The next competition will be (state meet) Summer Games in Arlington, May 26-29
