BRENHAM TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO POSSESSION ARREST
A Houston woman has been charged with Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop Friday night by Brenham police.
41-year old Christy Leigh Miles was arrested Friday night just after 10:00, after her vehicle was pulled over.
Officer Sierra Newell conducted the stop in the intersection of West Main and North Dixie streets.
Newell says she could smell marijuana in the car.
Miles admitted to having marijuana and is charged with Possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.
