BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT
A Brenham woman is in custody after her arrest on an assault charge.
50-year old Doris Jean Ragston was taken into custody after reportedly ramming her husband’s vehicle with hers.
Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer was called out shortly after 1:30 this (Thursday) morning to the 1000 block of Oak Street to a disturbance.
The victim reports that his wife struck his vehicle several times with hers.
Ragston was taken into custody on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon – Family Violence.
She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
