BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED ON THEFT WARRANT

  

A Brenham woman has been arrested for theft at the Brenham Walmart.

Officer Sierra Newell was contracted by Detective John Snowden on Thursday around 8am, in reference to a subject wanted for theft.

The suspect had agreed to turn herself in on September 23, but failed to do so, and Snowden wanted Newell to serve the warrant.

Newell went to the suspect’s residence, located in the 800 block of Second Street, and arrested the woman.

The warrant was issued for a theft that occurred on August 31, 2015 at Walmart.

The suspect, nineteen-year-old Nandi Amina Hunter, of Brenham, was arrested for Theft over $50 and under $500.
