BRENHAM WOMAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham woman faces an assault charge after her arrest Monday evening.
Around 8:00 p.m., Officer Eddie Martinez was dispatched to the 1000 block of South Austin St. to a disturbance.
According to Martinez, 28-year old Laura Ann Lawson was one of three women involved in an altercation.
Larson is accused of threatening one of the other women with a weapon.
She is charged with Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly weapon.
