BRENHAM WOMAN CHARGED WITH DWI OVER .15
A Brenham woman faces a DWI charge after her arrest early Sunday morning.
Just after midnight, Cpl. Justin Schiller conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of N. Austin.
According to Schiller, he could smell the strong odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath.
He also reports that 43-year old Tiffany Taylor Vasquez was belligerent and unsteady on her feet and unable to perform a field sobriety test.
Vasquez is charged with Driving While Intoxicated With a Blood Alcohol Content over .15 – twice the legal limit.
