  1. There’s a certain well known lawyer in town that got away with DWI w/child passenger. Now he is one of the top, court appointed, lawyers in the town. It can happen to anyone.

@Bystander- I’m sure your “uninsured” comment was strictly based on the presumed race of the victim. That doesn’t make you any better of a citizen. Shame on you.

What she did was wrong, but please don’t cast no stones. Let’s hope she’s learned a lesson.

    1. I beg your pardon, Innocent?? Exactly what was said relating to anyone’s race? And exactly how have you determined my race? Anyone irresponsible enough to drive and drink with children in the car is certainly irresponsible enough to be uninsured. And if you are “innocent” and concerned with not “casting stones” please think before you accuse someone of being a racist.

  2. While I am glad this irresponsible woman’s children are okay, she also totaled a young family’s car, which was parked on the street. I would not be at all surprised if she is uninsured–on top of the 3 warrants.

  3. Really??? To put yourself in danger is one thing but driveing around with kids in the car while you are intoxicated. That is so irresponsible.
