BRENHAM WOMAN FACES AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CHARGE

A Brenham woman is facing assault and threat charges after her arrest Monday afternoon.
65-year old Christina Ramirez Cruz was arrested after allegedly attacking a relative during a family dispute.
Just after 12:00 noon, Office Andrew Adams responded to the 1700 block of North Park St. to a family dispute and medical call.
Two women were arguing and Cruz reportedly ran her vehicle into the other woman’s car intentionally, and allegedly threatened to kill her. Cruz was arrested at the scene.
She is charged with Aggravated assault with a Deadly Weapon; and Terroristic Threat of Family Member.
