BRENHAM WOMAN FACES CHARGES

  

A Brenham woman faces charges after her arrest Monday evening.

30-year old Jessica Ann Bouley of Benham is charged with theft after police were called to the 600 block of South Market St. in Benham just after 6:00 P.M.

According to Officer Sierra Newell, Bouley was found to be in possession of stolen property.  A check of her criminal history revealed that Bouley had 2 or more prior Theft Convictions, which enhanced this Theft charge to a State Jail Felony.

Bouley was also found in possession of two pills, which were not prescribed to her, and was further charged with Possession of Dangerous Drug.
