BRYAN MAN SENTENCED TO JAIL TIME FOR BRENHAM THEFT

  

A 20-year old Bryan man has been sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to a felony theft charge.

Jesse James Rambo Jr. was arrested by the Brenham Police Department’s Fusion Unit back in February.  He was accused of breaking into a home in the 800 block of Atlow in October.

Police reports say it was a daytime burglary in which jewelry, two computers and an IPhone were among the many items taken.

Two Brenham men had their probation revoked on Possession charges.

29-year old Claud Leroy Cunningham had his probation for an arrest last November revoked and was sentenced to 11 months in jail and he was fined $500.

41-year old Jason Kyle Grabarschick was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked for a 2009 Possession conviction.  Grabarchick was also fined $1000.

57-year old Patricia Delayna Bray of Midway was placed on probation and fined $1500 for a charge of Injury to the Elderly—a third degree felony.  Bray must also perform 200 hours of Community Service, attend a Batterers Intervention class, issue a letter of apology to the victim and successfully complete a Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Program.

22-year old Bashawn Daniel Brown of San Antonio was placed on four years’ probation for Burglary of a Habitation.  Brown was also fined $1500 and ordered to perform 160 hours of Community Service.

30-year old Deandre Green of Old Washington was placed on three years’ probation and fined $1000 for Theft—between $1500 and $20,000.  Green was also ordered to perform 180 hours of Community Service.

23-year old Briana Brooks of Brenham was placed on two years’ probation and ordered to perform 80 hours of Community Service for Criminal Mischief.

And, 18-year old Christipher Michael Hutson of Brenham was placed on three years’ probation for Theft of a Firearm.  Hutson was also fined $750 and ordered to perform 120 hours Community Service.
