BRYAN POLICE INVESTIGATING SHOOTING DEATH
Bryan Police are investigating an overnight murder in the city.
A 26-year old man died after being shot in the chest Wednesday night, at the April Court Townhomes on Carter Creek near East 29th Street.
Police were called to the apartment complex just after 10:00 p.m.
Witnesses told police they heard a vehicle speeding off just moments after they heard the shots fired.
The victim died shortly after he arrived at CHI-St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Police say they are looking for several people they believe may be connected to the shooting.
There are no suspects in custody at this time.
