The win for Blinn now makes six straight and improves the overall record to 21-8 and 6-1 in Region XIV play.

“We just continue to grow inch by inch each day and I am very happy about that,” said head coach Kalie Mader. “Our offense is improving with each match and our serving is ranked in the top three in the nation.”

Eboni Mitchell led the Buccaneers with 10 kills and a .526 hitting percentage. Barbara Krug finished with nine kills and 14 digs. Darby Mussulman earned eight kills on only nine attempts to have an effective night.

Jordyn Keamo dished out 40 assists and earned 14 digs. Dana Teets scrambled for 12 digs in the victory while Danusia Borgeaud had seven kills.

Blinn came out in the opening set and set the tone early and won 25-13 and that momentum carried over in the remaining two sets as the Buccaneers took the opportunity to get some playing time for substitutes.
