Sophomore Robbie Dickey took the loss on the mound after tossing eight innings and allowing three runs on four hits and striking out seven.

Blinn and Galveston close out their four-game series at 2 p.m. Saturday at Leroy Dreyer Field.

The Bucs will host Adam’s Angels Night during Saturday’s doubleheader to sponsor Adam’s Angels Ministry, a non-profit organization founded by Donna and Tim Culliver of Brenham as a way to reach out to families that have been affected by childhood cancer. The Cullivers lost their 4-year-old son, Adam Christian Culliver, to acute myelogenous leukemia.

Proceeds from Saturday’s games will be donated to Adams Angel’s Ministry.
