BURLESON CO. FAIR OPENS TODAY

  

The 2017 Burleson County Fair officially kicked off this (Saturday) morning with a parade through downtown Caldwell.

The Burleson County Fair continues this Wednesday through Saturday at the fairgrounds in Caldwell.

Four young ladies are competing to be crowned Fair Queen on Wednesday evening.  They include 16 year old Karli Shupak, the daughter of Craig and Lisa Shupak of Frenstate, and a Junior at Caldwell High School.  17 year old Lani Pieper, daughter of James and Lisa Pieper, is a senior at Caldwell High School.  16 year old Grace Elizabeth Lewis, daughter of Justin and Loree Lewis, is a junior at Snook High School.  And 17 year old Emily Jennings, daughter of Shawn and Hollie Jennings, is a senior at Caldwell High School.

Entertainment for this year’s Burleson County Fair includes Texas Unlimited Band on Thursday night, Jake Worthington and Sam Riggs on Friday night, and Crossroads Band and John Anderson Saturday night.
