BURTON ISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO CONSIDER STUDENT HANDBOOK CHANGES

  

The Burton ISD Board of Trustees will consider proposed course, GPA, and Dual Credit Changes to the Student Handbook when they meet Tuesday evening.

The board will consider approving Lightspeed as the provider of the District Internet content filter. Burton Board will also consider employment of a speech/language pathologist for Burton Special Services Cooperative, facility building committee, and approval of instructional materials allotment and TEKS certification, 2016-2017.

Reports will also be given during the meeting from the principal and superintendent, as well as financial reports.

The board will discuss personnel in executive session regarding hiring/accepting resignations before reopening to take action.

The Burton ISD Board of Trustees will meet at 5:00pm on Tuesday in the Administration office at 701 North Railroad Street.
