  1. I am so glad to hear that the Ag shop will be dedicated to Old Bull. He has always showed everyone an abundance of support, taught the students of burton high school many important life lessons, and has given me some of the best pep talks I have ever heard.
You’re a very wise man, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us for so many years.

  2. Good luck in your well deserved retirement. You have touched many lives in the years of teaching and judging.

  3. Mr. Hodde is one of those people that have been such a positive influence on so many… I too was one of those who enjoyed my time in his class room. He taught us so much about life in general and I still use so much of that today. I hope that my sons get to have someone like Mr. Hodde in their life as they grow older.

  4. I’m so glad to hear this! He was my absolute favorite teacher!!! Thank you for being such a great teacher and mentor!!

  5. Mr. Hodde was my most favorite teacher. Had a lot of great times in the shop and the classroom.

  6. it’s going to be “old bull’s barn” right? Please tell me it is…

    1. This Is one awesome Ag instructor, whom’s teachings went far beyond the bounties of modern schools. In fact he’s a father figure to many. Old bull, your wisdom and guidance will never be forgotten, and will always be missed. As well as needed. Even if it was sometimes the paddle across the bum!!
For the Ag shop to be dedicated to him, is the least he deserves. If there was ever any heros in the eductional world, this man of men, would be among them.
