BURTON ISD TO HOLD SPECIAL MEETING ON HIRING NEW SUPERINTENDENT
The Burton Independent School District Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting tonight to discuss application for a new Superintendent for the Burton Independent School District.
The current superintendent, Jim Palmer, is retiring after 12 years with the Burton School District. His last day is on January 31, 2015.
The meeting will consist of only an executive session for personnel.
The Burton School Board meets at the Burton Independent School District Administration office at 701 North Railroad Street in Burton.
