BURTON SCHOOL BUDGET WORKSHOP, MONDAY
The Burton School Board is ready to begin budget discussions when they meet Monday evening.
The Budget Workshop is set to get underway Monday at 5:00 at the administration offices on North Railroad St.
Following the Budget workshop, trustees will begin their regular monthly meeting.
The board is expected to discuss a loan with Bank of Brenham to purchase two buses and a Suburban; discuss staff development in the Capturing Kids Hearts Program; and hear reports from Superintendent Edna Kennedy on the master facility site plan, counselor assessment results, and the Texas Association of School Boards summer leadership assembly.
