CALDWELL LAW ENFORCEMENT BANQUET SET FOR JULY 26

  

Law enforcement officers in Burleson County will be honored at an appreciation banquet later this month.

The Rotary Club of Caldwell will hold its 14th annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet on Tuesday, July 26th at the Caldwell Civic Center.  U.S. Congressman Bill Flores of Bryan will be the guest speaker at the banquet, which begins at 6:30 p.m.  Among the agencies to be recognized are the Burleson County Sheriff’s Department, Burleson County Constables, Caldwell Police Department, Somerville Police Department, Department of Public Safety troopers and Texas Parks and Wildlife agents.  The Rotary Club of Caldwell will present awards for Officer of the Year, Reserve Officer of the Year, State Officer of the Year and Support Staff Person of the Year.

Individual tickets for the Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet are $20 and are available at banks in Burleson County.  Proceeds from the banquet will be shared with the county’s law enforcement agencies.
