CASA FOR KIDS FUN DAY NEXT SATURDAY

  

A fun day for kids is set for next Saturday in Brenham.

CASA Day for Kids will be held Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the CASA offices at 2309 South Day St.

April is Child Abuse Awareness Month.  CASA is hosting a fun day of activities, including a bounce house, face painting and free hot dogs.  Officials with CASA say every child deserves a day of fun versus a day of being a victim of abuse or neglect.

CASA for Kids of South Central Texas trains members of the community to be the voice for children in the court system who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.

Donations will be accepted at the event and are appreciated.
