CASA FOR KIDS TO HOLD ANNUAL CASINO NIGHT AND DINNER

  

CASA for Kids will hold its annual Casino Night and Dinner on Saturday, February 7, from 6pm to 10pm at the Austin County Fairgrounds.

The fee for participating is $50, who will buy you dinner and dessert provided by Yani’s Steakhouse, a beverage mug, and $10,000 in CASA Bucks for the games.

For poker players, there will be a Texas Hold’em Tournament from 7 to 9pm available for an additional $75.

All of the money raised will support the training and supervision of our Court Appointed Special Advocates, covering children in Austin, Colorado, Waller and Washington Counties.

Research has shown that children who have CASA’s spent less time in foster care and are more likely to be adopted, and not re-enter into foster care, as well as do better in school, with fewer discipline problems.

Tickets are available at the CASA office in Brenham at 2309 S. Day Street, or at any of these locations in Bellville: First National Bank of Bellville, Austin County State Bank, and the Chamber of Commerce office or Yani’s Steakhouse.
