CELEBRATION OF COACH LEROY DREYER SET FOR SATURDAY

A reunion is set for Saturday for former Blinn College athletic director, football coach and baseball coach Leroy Dreyer.

The reunion is set for 4:00-to-11:00 p.m. at the Brenham Elks Lodge at 400 East Germania.

All former players, coaches and friends of Coach Dreyer are encouraged to attend.  A meal will be served.

Players from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s have confirmed they will attend.

Coach Dreyer took five teams to the NJCAA World Series.  Dreyer had numerous athletes go on to play in the Major Leagues and pro football, in addition to numerous athletes who went on to play baseball and football at major colleges.
