CHAPPELL HILL MEN SENTENCED TO PRISON TIME

Two Chappell Hill men have been sentenced to prison time for separate convictions on drug charges.

46-year old Lonnie Earl Harris was sentenced to 25 years in prison by Judge Carson Campbell after he pleaded guilty in 21st District Court for Delivery of a Controlled Substance—a second-degree felony.  Harris was arrested back in November of 2013.  He was also sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance for an arrest in October of 2013.

38-year old Bradrick Kendall Harris was sentenced to two 15 year prison sentences after pleading guilty to two 2011 charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  The sentences will run concurrently.

Three Washington County men have had their probations revoked and have been sentenced to jail time in separate cases before the 21st District Court.

Judge Reva Towslee revoked the 2004 probation for 46-year old Raymond Glen Gandy of Brenahm.  Gandy was sentenced to three years in prison and fined $540 for Possession of a Controlled Substance—a third degree felony.

27-year old Brandon Oneal Andrews of Washington was sentenced to eight months behind bars after his probation was revoked for a 2012 charge of Theft—between $1500 and $20,000.  Andrews was also fined $1500.

Probation was also revoked for 22-year old Blake Edward Robinson for a 2011 charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Robinson was sentenced to 658 days in jail and fined $1500.

Also in 21st District Court:

39-year old Kimberly Elaine Lattimore of Brenham was sentenced to four years in prison on a felony charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence from her arrest in January of this year.

23-year old Ashley Tackitt of Brenham was placed on four year probation and fined $1500 for Burlgary of a Building.  Tackitt was also ordered to perform 160 hours of Community Service and must undergo drug and alcohol evaluation.

34-year old Michael Lauman of Chappell Hill plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance and was placed on three years probation.  He was also fined $1500, ordered to perform 140 hours of community service and attend a batterer’s intervention class.

42-year old Raymond Hudgen of Brenham was placed on three years probation for Assault Family Violence—With Previous Conviction.  Hudgen was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 75 hours Community Service.

And, 22-year old Nicholas David Estrada of Brenham was placed on three years probation and fined $500 for two cases of Delivery of Marijuana—a State jail Felony.
