The Community of Chappell Hill celebrated the completion of another successful Scarecrow Festival Sunday.

The 41st Annual Chappell Hill Scarecrow Festival came to a close Sunday evening after two days of entertaining thousands of visitors.  They enjoyed live music, hundreds of vendor booths, food and drinks and beautiful weather over the weekend.  The Chappell Hill Historical Society hosts the Scarecrow Festival each year in the small Washington County community.
